Not only did I miss Joy's bridal shower, I didn't go to the Dinner/Gamil wedding either. The first because I never found out about it, and the second cuz my family had lunch with my gram-- my relatives took her out to church and lunch with us rather than leaving her cooped up in her room at the rehab health centre.

Anna gave birth on Sunday too. With the way Stef's been carrying on, I'm not surprised that no one wants to do much with/for the Sylvesters.

And Jen did come up to Toronto. She left already. Either Monday or yesterday-- I dunno. Apparently, she stayed with Annerz and Hollie. Figures. I had no way to contact Jen while she was on the road-- I am soo NOT spending extra (even more so with the increased rates) on the long-d call, and I doubt she'd have gone online while on the road. But she didn't call me. Borrow a local landline phone, or drop a quarter at the pay phone... beats my 35 cents+ a minute thing with Fido. I think they made it like 65 cents a min for non-rate people too. Grrr.

Anyhoo, I also figured that for whatever reason, Annerz and I are still not on good terms. We and Hollie had a little convo after my babysitting gig for Rachel about in-church predators. I don't think I've talked with either of them since-- and I haven't initiated, since I'm uncertain as to how well I would be received should I initiate contact. Last thing my mental state needs is another major blow-up over whatever else I screwed up on in my salvation. =/

I just wish I got a chance to hang out with Jen though.
