It's official, a long-overdue update

After the whole thing witk Keith, and the break-up with Dan, I started school, again. Humber's North campus. Turns out to be a 4hr round-trip commute from my home in Scarberia. So a move is in order. First time moving outta home. We'll see how this goes. Anyhoo, rest of the post, as copied from my main journal in Xangaland:

I am moving. Today was my last service in the East. If all goes well, next week will be with the West. If not, I have a transitory phase where I'll be attending the North services. Failing that, I'll bum along Downtown. Heheh, Da5id must be quaking in his shoes.

I have a price range worked out! (Huzzah) Because of the variables of the work schedule, it makes it a tad difficult to pin down. Fortunately, with the Christmas rush soon upon us, my hours will definitely pick up. Maybe I can get overtime for coming in on Boxing Day?

Anyhoo, aiming pretty low, for all those just-in-case problems that I may not have accounted for (including the elusive figures of books for January and more project materials), anywhere between 300-475 if the following requirements are met:
  • ground level room (no stairs to get into the house, no stairs to deal with inside of the house)
  • accessible laundry (and NOT coin-operated)
  • located very close to a bus stop (max 5 min walk, my speed, which means 2 min for others)
  • requires only ONE bus to reach school
  • supermarket is easy to get to (not too far away, on bus route, etc)
  • utilities included
Additional items of preference:
  • separate apartment (own kitchen/bathroom to better accomodate own cleaning schedule)
  • internet included or discount-bundled with rent
  • furnishings (specific items like a bed, dresser, night stand, or completely furnished to minimize moving list)
Search area is between the borders of Hwy 27, Finch, Keele (but will take locations right outside Yonge stn), and Rexdale. This should be quite interesting.

Two more quick thoughts...

To quote Kevin Joiachim when he was leaving: "My blood shall always flow green."

And, Annerz, thanks for the help, but the urls in your comment are the same. I hope you jotted down the ad #s for me. Thanks anyway.
